A majority of my credit card charges are showing as payments. How do I change them to be charges (debits)?

Welcome to the Community! Let's work together to figure out why your credit card charges are showing as payments.

Do your transactions sync in with QuickBooks or do you manually import them? An additional screenshot of one of the transactions will help us determine the best solution for your business.

Once I receive this additional information, I'll be able to dig further into this problem. I'll be waiting for response!

Thank you for responding. I just finished with the online tech support. It seems that for some reason my automatic sync for a 2 billing cycle all came in as payments, not debits. I manually undid them and excluded them. I then had to manually download from by CC and import them manually. It appears the situation is correct now. Do not understand why they all came in that way.
