Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, ddplath. Let me help you eliminate zero balances in your Accounts receivable aging summary report in QuickBooks.
I suggest customizing the A/R Aging Summary report and ensuring that the Show non-zero or active only field is set to Non-zero. This way, all zero balances will be removed from the statement.
Here's how:
Go to Business overview and select Reports.
Find and open the A/R Aging Summary report.
Go to the Show non-zero or active only drop-down arrow, then choose Non-zero. You can also click the Customize button and filter the option from there.
Feel free to comment below for further concerns about running the A/R Aging Summary report in QBO. I'll be happy to help you out, ddplath. Have a nice day!
