After an invoice is paid a "Paid" stamp is added, but it covers up the description that is must be seen. Can the "Paid" stamp be moved to another location on invoice?

While there isn't a way to adjust the location of the "Paid" stamp directly, many users have had success by changing the design of their invoices to Airy. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Custom Form Styles.

3. Choose Edit by the Standard template (or the template you're planning to use).

4. Under the Design tab select Change up the template.

5. Choose Airy New.
 

QuickBooks users who have switched to the Airy design have reported they're happy with the "Paid" stamp placement. In addition, I recommend submitting feedback to the Product Development Team to let them know you'd like to see the option to move the stamp directly. This can be done through your QBO account by clicking the Gear icon, then selecting Feedback.
