All employees are paid in same schedule but I have two that are on their own, I've checked n cant find diff How to I make them join the big group?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. To change the payment schedule of your two employees on QuickBooks, we can modify the worker details. It's super easy. Here's how to do it:  

1. Click the Gear icon,. then choose Payroll settings. 
2. Under Overview, click Employees. 
3. Select the employee you've want to change the payment schedule. 
4. Press the pencil icon beside Pay. 
5. From the How often do you pay?, drop-down arrow and select the pay schedule. 
6. Hit Done once finished.
