Also I have a few invoices that were paid but for some reason they aren't showing as deposited. And its been 5 days.

I'm here to share some information when depositing an invoice payment, victory1044.

If a customer made a payment through a credit card, it takes 1-2 business days to reach your bank. However, bank transfers (ACH) payments can take 2-7 business days. 

These also vary depending on the following factors:

• Time of day you enter transactions.
• Weekends and federal holidays.
• The financial institution where transactions are deposited.
• How long it takes for your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

I'd suggest waiting for a day or two for the deposits to be posted on your bank. If they're still undeposited, contact our Merchant Services team. An agent can review your account and verify why you're getting some delays in receiving deposits.
