Are major vendors defaulted in Bills.com like on my personal Online Banking? Specifically, is there default banking information for a company like Verizon?

If you're using the Bill.com app, we can only connect it to QuickBooks Online Advanced and export bills. Where you can sync bills you create on Bill.com and send them to QuickBooks any time. Here's how:

1. Sign in to Bill.com
2. Go to the Unpaid Bills tab.
3. Select the Sync button and then Sync now.

Bill.com sends copies of new bills to QuickBooks so you don't have to create them twice. After syncing your bills from Bill.com, we can review them just like any other bill in QuickBooks. When updating bills QuickBooks, the information is also updated back to the originals in Bill.com. If you are referring to connecting an account to import bills, then we can connect your bank/credit account to QuickBooks for Online banking. Just follow the steps and details in this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online. Once QuickBooks downloads your bill transactions, you can now review and categorize your transactions to make sure they’re categorized right.
