Hello, @Raul11_2.

I’m happy to help you with downloading your data. You can Export your data outside of QuickBooks to a third-party app. You’ll be able to export reports and list into an individual Excel file contained in a zip format in one process.

You may also visit our QuickBooks Third-Party App Store to find the best app that will suit your business needs.

I’m just a post away if you need anything.

Hey we have been using https://www.cloudslurp.com to do this.

it provides a URL where we can automatically get all our Quickbooks data set from and so we use that with the standard REST connector inside Tableau, Qlik and PowerBi to pull data on a scheduled basis. We also use cloudslurp for backups

A few questions for any CloudSlurp users?

  1. How much does CloudSlurp charge?  I can't find that anywhere.
  2. I see Accounts, Customers, Invoices, Items, Credit Memos, Vendors and Bills but no Expenses or JournalEntries.  Are they coming?

Hey! We added jounalentries for you. However there is no expense object to export. Is it one of the other reports you need?

Many thanks,

Cloudslurp

Yes, it is possible by loading Quickbooks Online data into a database or a cloud DWH and then connect Tableau to this database\DWH. Take a look at Skyvia: https://skyvia.com/data-integration/analyze-quickbooks-with-tableau
