Bill Pay by Melio has been pushed to us and installed itself without our permission. Anyone know what to do? It does not show up under apps. Intuit rep was clueless.

You may have noticed our new option for Bill Pay, It8. Let me explain how it works.

The Bill Pay by Melio is now offered to QuickBooks Advanced, Plus, and Essentials users who are not using the Bill Pay powered by Bill.com. Admin users can only use this feature.

Although, if you don't want to use this option, you can still manually mark the bill as paid, or use the Save and close or Save and new option.

How do you remove it as the default feature... I don't want it, I don't need it, I HATE that I have to have extra steps to get the option I want.... I REALLY HATE that I click this so many times forgetting that I have to use the drop down menu. FIX IT or REMOVE IT!
