This might have something to do with a browser issue, josh1539.

It could be a lot of history files stored in your data. When things go like this, performing our recommended troubleshooting steps helps software like QuickBooks to work properly.

If you haven't tried performing the recommended troubleshooting steps, you can follow the steps below to fix this unusual behavior.

Sign in to your account using a private browser. You can follow the shortcut keys below, depending on what browser you're using.

  • Mozilla/ Internet Explorer: Press CTRL Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL Shift N

If it works, you can go back to your original browser and clear the cache. Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers.

However, if they don't work, please give us a call directly to report this issue to our specialist. Click the Help icon at the upper-right corner and select Contact us at the bottom part.

Please get back here if you have other questions about QuickBooks. I'm here to help.
