Can a Unposted or Rejected journal be located in QBO?

Let me share some information on how you can locate your journal in QuickBooks Online.

If the journal isn't recorded in QuickBooks, then there's no way to locate it from there. However, if you saved it, then have it voided or deleted, the changes will mark on the Audit Log.

Here's how to access the audit log:

1. Click on Audit under Tools from the Gear icon.
2. Review the transactions from there. If you wish to filter lists, click on the drop-down arrow under Filter.
