Can I charge a fee for customers paying via credit card or invoice? I would like to charge a small percentage of the sale. Is this possible?

The option to charge the merchant fee directly to your customer is unavailable in QuickBook Online. Although, you can add a second line in your invoice to serve as a charge for the merchant fee to your customer.

Let me take note of this as feedback and submit it to our developers so they can check it and probably add this feature in any future updates.
