Hey director13. I'm happy to be able to answer your first post on the community. Let's get to the answer though. Yes you can enter a bill you have mistakingly deleted. To do so follow these steps:
On the Home page, select Enter Bills.
Select the vendor.
Choose the date.
Select the appropriate tab.
Expense: if you are recording a bill for expenses incurred by the business (ex. Utilities, Rent, and phone/cable service).
Items: if you are entering a bill for anything that your company buys, sells, or resells in the course of business such as products, shipping and handling charges, discounts, and sales tax (if applicable).
Choose the expense account or the item.
Enter the amount.
If you are tracking billable expenses, select the customer job and put a checkmark in the Billable column.
Select Save & Close.
Make sure that you input the information as it appeared on the bill before. And if you need further guidance, here's a great article on inputting bills that may be of help to you. Let me know if you need anything else or have any other questions or concerns.
