Can I create a monthly and yearly budget and track my expenses against it?

Hello there, jonathanwells. 

We can create budgets in QuickBooks Online (Plus and Advanced) and QuickBooks Desktop. We're unable to create budgets through QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can track your expenses when you categorize it accordingly.
