Can I email a message to all my customers at once

QuickBooks Online has a feature which enables you to send an email to all of your customers. This can be useful if you need to communicate something to more than one client at the same time. Here's how it's done:
1. In the navigation, go to Sales, then select Customers.
2. Place a check mark next to the customers that you want to send it to.
3. Click on Batch actions and choose Email.

It's that easy. I'll also include a visual example for you:


This same batch feature can be used to send or print invoices and other sales forms.
