Question

Can I give to an Accounts Receivable user (enters invoices, allocates sales to the different tax territories) the ability to see the Tax Liability Report?

Hi there EdithC.

Thanks for dropping by the Community, I'm happy to help, if you want to a user to be able to see your Tax Liability Report. You can add the feature Reports Only to them, here's how:

  1. Log in to QBO.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the top right.
  3. Choose Manage Users.
  4. Add User if they aren't on the list yet.
  5. Click the Reports Only button.
  6. Enter User info.
  7. Save and Close

This will give your user the ability to see the Tax Liability Report.

If you have any other questions, feel free to post here anytime. Thank you and have a nice Monday afternoon.
