Can I invoice from the self employed desktop version? I used to be able to and now that function seems to be "coming soon"

I've used QB self employed for years and always the desktop sign in. Today - I signed in to add an invoice and it seems thats now a "coming soon" feature. I this a glitch? Its directing me to sign in to the app and continue from there but I've never invoiced that way before ...

Let's perform some steps to isolate and resolve the issue, heather.

Sometimes, browser-cached data can interfere with the functionality of websites. Thus, I recommend accessing your QBO account in an incognito or private browsing window to ensure that cached data are causing the problem.

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If the system let you create an invoice and access them in your QBSE account via web browser/desktop, it'll be helpful to clear your browser's cache and cookies. This can often resolve issues related to stored data.

Lastly, you can use other supported and up-to-date web browsers. I recommend using the latest version of popular browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari for the best experience with our system.  This helps us isolate and resolve the issue with invoices.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to post again, and I'll be around to help you get to the bottom of this issue.
