Thank you for posting in the Community, @Ladyjey.

Currently, the option to create an estimate excluding the total of all items added is unavailable. I understand how beneficial it is for your business. Thus, I also encourage you to send feedback on this option. The more requests it gets, the higher they will add it to future enhancements.

Here's how you can submit them:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
  4. Click Next to submit feedback.

We regularly take your suggestions into account while updating our products. In this, you can track the progress of your feature request in our Feedback forum. The more requests we get for it, the more likely we'll include it in future updates.

I'd gladly assist your further, Ladyjey. Should you have more questions about estimates, please don't hesitate to post them here. Have a good one!

Hi RoseJillB,

I figured out a work around.  I just open the estimate as a pdf in Adobe.  Then choose fill & sign, select "dot", change the dot color to white then cover the word Total and the dollar amount.  Save as a pdf, then I can send it to our customer with no total amount on the page.  Please share!

Regards,
