Question

Can QB's generate separate invoice numbers for reach log in? We either have to fight for the next invoice number or manual keep track of our last invoice number used.

We have 3 people on our team, I am hoping QuickBooks can save our last invoice number per login rather than as a whole company. We are only running into this issue because we are all importing invoices weekly. Thanks for your help & feedback.

No QB can not use different invoice number sequences per user or per customer
