Can Quick Books Online issue a 1099k to vendors that my company has issued payments in excess of $599 in 2023?

Background: My company  brokers recreational  property rental transactions  on behalf of landowners. Similar to Airbnb, but just raw land rentals. We accept credit  card payments from the renters via another app, , create bills in QBO, then disburse the vendor's share of the rental income via check or ACH to the landowner vendors.  All of our accounting and bill creation is done in QBO.   Thanks for the assist!
