No, QuickBooks doesn't generate ACH files that can be uploaded to a bank. What you CAN do however, is since you have to process the ACH through your bank anyway, use your bank website to do the ACH then wait for the transaction to download into QuickBooks and assign the expense at that point or once you do the ACH on your banks website then create the expense transaction in QuickBooks and then match the download when it posts to the existing transaction.
I don't see ACH Universal in the Quickbooks app store. Your link appears to be a third party site. Am I missing something? This is the QB site https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home
