Hi there, @irwinsac.

To get help by speaking to out QuickBooks Care team, you can choose to chat with us, request a callback or get the phone number in the Help icon. They have the tools to pull up and verify your account. Community is a public space, we have limited tools to do that. Although, I can help you to bring your latest bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

First, you can trigger the bank connection to QuickBooks by clicking the Update button. I added a screenshot for additional information.

Then, If you're still not able to get the latest bank transactions, you can go to your bank website and then download the latest transactions. Use these file types to upload the bank transactions smoothly when you are in QuickBooks:

  • CSV - Comma-Separated Values
  • QFX - Quicken
  • QBO - QuickBooks Online

Once done, you can now upload your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, under the Tools column select Import data.
  2. Choose Bank data then, click the Browse button and select the downloaded transactions from your bank.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and then confirm the upload transaction.

However, if you've encountered an error while bringing your data into QBO, please check this article to help you how to fix it: What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.

For future reference, here are some articles that can help you in matching and reconciling your account in QBO.

Please comment below if you need anything. I'll be here to help. Stay safe out there.
