Question

Can't find the standard Profit and Loss report. Where did it go?

It used to be in the top three reports listed when you bring up the report list. Now the only Profit and Loss I can see is by tag group.

Hello there, Debra. Let’s work together to locate your standard Profit and Loss Report and add it back to your top three list for easy access.

To start, the report may not appear in your top three because it might have been removed from your Favorites or the default reports list. Here’s how you can find and add it back:

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu and click Reports.
  2. In the search bar at the top of the reports page, type Profit and Loss.
  3. Select the standard Profit and Loss report from the results.

To save it to your Favorites:

  1. Scroll down to the Business Overview section in the Reports page.
  2. Locate the report and click the Star icon next to it to save it to your Favorites for quick access.

You can revisit this link if you have follow-up questions.
