Can you add a placeholder for the invoice amount in the automatic invoice reminders? And is it possible to have more than 3 Reminders?

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, aaron-bidgemmer-. Adding a placeholder for the invoice amount in the automatic invoice reminders is currently unavailable in QuickBooks. Let me provide alternative steps to achieve this matter and ensure you can have three reminders set up on your end.

Please know that you can only have a placeholder for the invoice number and company name. However, I recommend considering adding this to Message on invoice field when creating the invoice as a workaround. This way, the entry details you added will automatically appear on the auto invoice reminders.

On the other hand, having more  than three Reminders in QuickBooks is also presently unavailable. For now, I recommend visiting our Apps center for any recommendations we can integrate into the platform. This way, it'll help you set up multiple reminders in QuickBooks.
