Welcome to the Community space, @accounts-hollima. We see that sending email vendor bill payments would be helpful to let your vendor view the details of their bills anywhere. You're in the right place since we encountered the same concern in the past. Let me help you email the vendor payments.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), there's no direct button to email the vendor bill payment. We need to download it and manually email it to our vendors or someone who you think needs to see it. Feel free to follow the steps below:

  1. On the left navigation, choose Expenses.
  2. Select the Vendors tab.
  3. Click the Filter dropdown below. Select Bill payments on the Type button, then Apply.
  4. Choose the Bill payment you want to email. Tap the View/Edit option on the right corner below the ACTION column.
  5. A list of Bill payments will show. Ensure to put a checkmark in the box beside it. Then, tick the Print check button below.
  6. On the lower right button, press the green colored Preview and print button.
  7. A preview of the Bill payment will pop up. And on the upper right corner, click the arrow down sign to download it.
  8. After saving it to your computer's file, email it to your vendor.

On the other hand, If you're utilizing QuickBooks Bill Pay, we'll email your vendor twice. The first email will notify the vendor that you scheduled a bill payment to be sent to them. The second email will let them know that the payment is on its way and when to expect the bill payment. However, we don't notify your vendors in case of payment cancellations or failures.
