Can you see if a customer saw an invoice or statement?

Nice to have you in the Community. I'm glad to help you see if your customer has seen their invoice or statement.

In QuickBooks Online, you have to configure the settings to work for online invoice delivery. Setting this up will allow you to see when invoices are sent, viewed, paid, and deposited. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Choose the Sales tab
4. Press the pencil icon on the right-hand side of Online Delivery.
5. Uncheck PDF Attached and pick Online Invoice under additional email options for invoices.
6. Press Save.

That's all there is to it! Now when you send invoices, you'll be able to see if your customer has viewed the PDF in the Status column of your invoicing page.
