Can you text an invoice to a customer

The option to send invoices directly from QuickBooks Online via text messages is unavailable. Instead, you can send your customer a transaction link via SMS to view their invoices from there.

Here's how:

1. On the invoice screen, select the Save and share link.
2. Click the Copy link button.
3. After that, you can paste it into a text message or another messaging medium.

Your sales form layout can also be customized, allowing you to choose what information your consumer sees. Check out this article for more details: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
