Daily sales from sales receipt dont show the sales in dash board ?

good morning

im new in QBO i use the system for my restaurant

i read and learn how to do the daily sales from sales receipt and it work good as income and as exp

but the issue it nt show the sales in dashboard ???

and about the Cash , Visa , Master

i must use undeposit account or i can use other current asset or cash on hand

and i have delivery company i must make for them A/R account or other current assets we need to check their statement every month to deduction their commission
