Yes, you can run the Profit and Loss Report by Class or Customer at the Gross Profit Level. (Assuming you have Plus or Advanced).

• Just the run P&L report either by class or customer you want
• Click Customize button
• Click Filter
• Scroll down and select specific Income accounts and Costs of Goods sold account
• Run the report. The report will show at the Gross Profit level
