Edit body of emailed reports

I appreciate you providing a screenshot of your concern, @megangracedavi.

Setting your preferred body message as the default when emailing your reports isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). In the meantime, you can edit the body message manually when sending email reports.

Let me guide you on how to edit it. Here's how: 

1. Go to Reports.
2. Choose the report you want to send from the Find the report by name dropdown. 
3. Click the email icon.
4. Select Email, and this opens up the Email Report window.
5. From the Body column, click and delete the message.
6. Type in your preferred body message. 
7. Once done, click Send. 

If you still can't edit your body message, I recommend using a private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts: 

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
• Control + Option +P if you're using Safari.
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge.
