To best assist you, can you provide me just a bit more details? Like, are you getting this error within QuickBooks? What are you doing when this error appears?

Error is being emailed to me at random times throughout the day (see attachment).  There is no indication of how to look at the logfile referenced in the email.

The message says "Please check your production logs."  Where do I check the production logs?  The URL that is provided does not include the domain.

Long version: Go to Apps - My Apps - Choose App Action, Settings - Scroll down to Error Logs, click View Error Logs.
