Question

Extremely bad customer service. Just got off a chat and i have about 300 transactions that i have to go through and delete for January becuase they were duplicated.

This isn't the kind of experience we want for you, chelsielarsen.

 

You might want to exclude duplicate transactions by batch in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Set all the drop-down menus.
  3. Mark to select all duplicate transactions by placing a checkmark beside the Date column..
  4. Click on the Exclude icon and select Apply.
