Happy to help out here. Cancelling your QuickBooks Online subscription takes only a few clicks. Check out the steps and video below to find out how.

1. Go to Gear, then Account and Settings.
2. On the left, choose Billing and subscription.
3. Hit Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
4. Click Continue to cancel, then the Continue to cancel if prompted again.
5. Go through the next steps on-screen.
6. Select Submit and cancel subscription, then Got it.
