With QuickBooks Payments, you can log in to your merchant service center. From there, you'll see all transactions and their status. It might take a couple of days for the funds to be deposited in your account.

You can also pull up your monthly statement:

1. Go to the homepage.
2. Select the Activity & Reports tab and then All Statements.
3. Find the month you want to see and select View. Or select Download to get a PDF for your records.
