Has anyone else experienced QB Online auto changing a credit card CHARGE to a credit card EXPENSE when moving transaction from one expense acct to another expense acct?

Moreover, there are times the system will move an entry from one category to another once you've activate the Enable suggested categorization. To confirm this, you may follow the steps below:

1. Click the Transactions tab.
2. Select Bank transactions.
3. Click the small Gear icon and uncheck the Enable suggested categorization field.

If the option is unchecked, yet the transactions are still on a different category, you may perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. To start with, let's review the transactions on an incognito window. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Control + Option + P

You can also opt to use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
