Hello, i am kinda new to quickbooks. I use yhe app and occasionally online. My issue is when i snap a receipt picture it make a very annoying beep. I need it off.

Depending on the mobile device you're using, the receipt capture feature utilizes the built-in camera in your mobile device. You can turn off the camera shutter sounds from your mobile phone's settings. I can guide you in doing so.

If you're using an Android phone, here's how:

1. Go to the Camera app.
2. Swipe left until you see "More".
3. Tap on "More".
4. Locate "Settings".
5. Toggle off the "Camera sounds" button off (the button should be gray).

However, if you're using an iPhone, you can mute the sound using the Ring/Silent switch on the side of your iPhone.
