Hello, it is said that deposits from my card will arrive in 1 day, but my deposits from credit cards will arrive in 4 days after paid invoice. Why is that?

Hi there, lamplumh. Let's work this out to ensure your customers payments get deposited into your bank account.

If it's your first time processing a payment, we'll typically deposit the funds within 5 business days. The lead time may take longer since we're still setting up your account. Rest assured, we will deposit the payments much faster once the process is completed.

Furthermore, you can check your deposit speed at QuickBooks Online (QBO) or the Merchant Service Center. Here's how to check the current deposit speed in QBO:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
2. Choose the Payments tab.
3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

Please be aware that payments made with credit cards have their own deposit schedule before 3 p.m. PT, payments should be in your bank account the following working day. Payments processed after 3 p.m. PT will arrive in 2 business days.

If there's an issue with a payment, it won't show up in a daily deposit. You should receive an email from Intuit if there's ever an issue. I recommend contacting our Payments Support Team if you haven't received any emails. They have all the tools to pull up your account in a safe session and review the transaction.
