Help. Invoice says paid 6 days ago but not in my bank account yet. Also didn’t revive the email from quickbooks that says “your money is on the way! For $1,200

In QuickBooks Online, if an invoice payment was made through a credit card, it will take 1-2 business days to reach your bank. However, bank transfers (ACH) payments can take 2-7 business days. These also vary depending on the following factors:

• The time you enter the transaction.
• Weekends and federal holidays.
• The financial institution where the transactions are deposited.
• How long it takes for your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

I recommend waiting for a day or two for the deposit to get posted to your bank. If it's still not, I encourage you to contact our Payments Support Team. Our representative can review your account and investigate why you're getting some delays in receiving deposits.
