Hi @3dxtrusion-gmail , you could enter the company description after company name. For example : XYZ Graphic Designing & Printing. Comment back, cheers.

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community, 3dxtrusion-gmail. Currently, the ability to add information under the company name is unavailable due to the system limitations. However, I was able to find a way that this could work but solely depends on the number of characters, and if you like the formatting and display. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon, and select Custom form styles.
  2. You could either create a new style or edit the current one.
  3. In the Action column, select Edit, if you want to customize the current template.
  4. In the Design tab, click Airy New. I use this template because I was able to get the two lines. Again, depending on how long or short your business name is, you wouldn't have to change your design.
  5. Go to the Content Tab, and click the Pencil to edit the header.
  6. Under Business Name, add your company name and the brief description.
  7. Between your business name and the description, use the space bar until the" Preview" format it to another line, as seen below.
