Hi Team, Quickbooks is not able to fetch credit card statement for a month, it was doing for previous months

I'm here to ensure you're able to fetch your credit card statement for a month in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @usergaurav-rana. This way, you can keep your account updated and manage your transactions accordingly.

Here are some of the possible reasons you're having trouble fetching your credit card statement in QBO: 

• The bank is performing system maintenance. 
• There are notifications on your bank’s website that need your attention.

When your credit card provider/financial institution performs system maintenance, you can manually update your account. This refreshes the connection between your bank and the program. Let me guide you how.

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
2. Select  the blue tile for your credit card account.
3. Click the Update button.
4. (Optional) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the first three steps.

Then, you'll have to sign in to your bank/credit card website. This is to check your account page for messages or alerts that need your attention.  Once you make changes on the website (i.e. login credentials and account info), you'll have to update QuickBooks as well. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
2. Select  the blue tile for your credit card account.
3. Click the Edit icon.
4. Choose either Edit sign-in info or Edit account info.
5. Enter all the necessary details and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Once downloaded, all you have to do is to review, categorize, and/or match them to the existing entries in QuickBooks.
