You should be able to edit the invoice at any time, paid or not, and change it.

Since you’ll need to lower the invoice balance by $150.00, you can simply edit the transaction and alter the amount to the one that has been subtracted. In this, I can show you how you can edit it:

1. Go to the Sales menu and navigate to the Invoices.
2. Locate and tap this specific invoice to edit.
3. Click the Editinvoice button.
4. In the Product/Service line item, go to the Amount section and change this with the amount subtracted by $150.00.
5. Then, click Save and close.
