When someone books an appointment online in my Wix online booking none of the customer information is transferring to the quickbooks application to create an invoice. Why is this not working?

You may need a connector to do so.

Hi there, allstatechimney-.

I'm joining this thread to share additional information and ensure customer details will transfer to our program. This way, you'll be able to create an invoice.

First, I'd like to verify if this was working fine before or if this is your first time having an issue with Wix Bookings. As Fiat Lux - ASIA advised, if we haven't tried a connector application, I recommend using one to get this done. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Wix App Market, then search for QuickBooks Connector.
  2. Select Add to Site.
  3. Create an account.
  4. Follow the prompts to authenticate the connection to QuickBooks Online.

Also, we can try finding an application or connector from the Apps menu within your QBO account. On the other hand, if you have already been doing successfully in the previous days and have not worked fine recently, I'd recommend contacting us by sending a request.

To do this, we can go to this link: Integrate QuickBooks Online with Wix. Then, click the Support team or contact our support team link provided in the article.
