You can print an invoice through a browser. However, the option to print it from your mobile app is not yet possible. While we're working on adding more feature improvements in QuickBooks Online, you may consider performing a few alternatives below:

Here's how to print invoices using a browser:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Sales and choose Invoices.
3. Locate the invoice.
4. Select the drop-down arrow in the Actions column and choose Print or Preview.

Another way to print them is to send the invoice to your own email address and print it from there.

Here's how to do it:

1. On the Invoice page, click the three dots on the upper right side of the page.
2. Select Email.
3. Choose Gmail.

After sending the invoice payment, open your Gmail account and open the PDF file then print the invoice.
