How can I remove a cc: email address in form styles. Emails go to the client on invoice and are cc'd to our former acct and I can't figure out how to edit the cc address?

I'd be glad to show you how to remove that carbon copy email address.

This can be done in just a few steps. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Account and Settings.

3. Choose the Sales tab.

4. Click the pencil icon in the Messages section.

5. Make sure the Invoice form has been selected.

6. You can then edit the carbon copy address.

7. Select Save and Done when you're finished.
