How can I resend an invite to contractor to fill out their 1099 and wire info? They say that their original invite expired, and I do not see the resend button.

You can resend an invite through your QuickBooks Online account. I'm happy to guide you on how.

1. Go to the Payroll or Workers tab at the left pane, then choose Contractors.
2. Tap on the contractor's name.
3. Verify the contractor's email address. Then, hit on the hyperlinked Send a reminder beside the contractor's name. 
4. Click Send.

The Send a reminder link only appears if you didn't enter any personal information about the contractor. If you did, you can make the contractor's name inactive, then add a new one.

1. From the Contractors page, click on the contractor's name.
2. Select Mark as inactive under the contractor's name.

Once done, add a new contractor (same details), then mark the box beside the Email this contractor to complete their profile to send the email invite.
