How can I send an email with multiple past due invoices to be paid or a statement with current and past due amounts to be paid on it?

I’m here to share some insights about sending an email to customers with multiple past due invoices.

At this time, being able to send an email that contains multiple past due invoices to be paid isn't available in QuickBooks Online. You can manually download the invoices and send them from your email. This way, your customer will be notified of all the amount he/she needs to pay.

However, you can send reminders to customers with past due invoices by batch so they'll have the option to pay it.

This process comes in four steps. Please follow the instructions provided below depending on which way you want to do it.

To send reminders through the Sales Transactions section:

1. Click Sales on the left pane.
2. At the top left, choose the All Sales tab.
3. Find the invoice then put a check mark on the box.
4. Under the ACTION column, click the drop-down then select Send reminder.

To send reminders through the Invoices section:

1. Click Sales on the left pane.
2. At the top left, choose the Invoices tab.
3. Find the invoice section then put a check mark on the box.
4. Under the ACTIONS column, click the drop-down then select Send reminder.

To send reminders through the Customers tab:

1. Select Sales on the left pane.
2. At the top left, choose the Customers tab.
3. Click the customer’s name and select the invoice from the Transaction List.
4. Under the ACTION column, click the drop-down then select Send reminder.

On the other hand, you may email the statements to your customers, but this doesn't contain an option for them to pay it. They can only see the invoice amount. That feature is available only in the Advanced plan of QuickBooks Online at this time.

It's a great time-saving feature indeed.
