How do I correct the number of filing states on our monthly bill?

We have employees in 5 states.  We are being charged for 6 filing states, I think because one of our employees moved from Iowa to Nebraska during the summer of 2018.  When will we stop getting charged for 6 filing states and get charged for only 5?

Check to make sure that you have no employees active in the 6th state.  See this thread:
