How do I create a report showing two columns, last year's budget with a proposed budget?

At this time, QuickBooks Online doesn't offer a report that shows a two comparison column of the budgets. I can see how this feature would be helpful for you and your business. That said, I'll take note of the feedback and submit it to our Product Development Team to review and consider this soon.
