Replying to this thread to share details about estimate, bsalazar1011.

In QuickBooks Online, we can only convert an estimate into an invoice. To do this, let's create an invoice as usual. Once you've selected a customer, all the estimates will appear on the left side of the invoice page. Simply click Add so it'll be converted. Another way is to open the estimate and click Create invoice at the top-left, beside the total amount.

I'll forward a suggestion to our developers about creating a sales receipt from estimate. Please visit our QuickBooks Blog to see all the new features and innovations.

I'd like to share this article: Set up and send progress invoices.  There's a feature in QuickBooks to split an estimate into multiple invoices. This article will show you the steps.

I'll be glad to help if you need anything else. Comment to this thread anytime.
