How do I delete an item out of inventory?

At this time, we won't be able to delete an inventory item. However, you can make the item inactive.

Here's how:

1. Select Sales on the left menu and go to the Product and Services tab.
2. Look for the inventory item and click the drop-down arrow next to Edit.
3. Click Make inactive and choose Yes to confirm the action.
