I'm here to guide how to divide delayed credit in QuickBooks Online, @skennicutt.

You can create 5 delayed credit worth $10 each, and then apply them to the invoices separately.

To start, let's create a delayed credit.

  1. Choose the + New button.
  2. Select Delayed credit.
  3. Enter the customer’s name, then fill out the required fields.
  4. Once done click Save and close.

After, apply the credit to the invoice.

  1. Go to the + New button.
  2. Choose Invoice.
  3. Select the customer's name and then complete the form.
  4. To add the credit, Click Add at the right portion of your invoice screen.
  5. Once finished, click Save and close.

You'll want to know how to manage customer credit or overpayment. You may refer to this article for more details: Handle a customer credit or overpayment in QuickBooks Online.
